  Fancy Brigade “Sneak Preview” starting at 6PM at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, come take a peek at what’s in store for New Years Day at the Fancy Brigade Finale, as each of the 11 brigades perform their routine with props and floats, no costumes of course, as they prepare for the big day.
